Refund and Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exercise your legal right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

(Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective items Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at contact@kabynbag.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. After evaluation, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at our expense.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item on our store.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your return approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@kabynbag.com.

Lifetime Warranty Our KɅBYN™ backpack comes with a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects (stitching, zippers, buckles). If your bag presents a manufacturing defect, contact our support team with your proof of purchase and photos of the issue to receive a free replacement. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, cuts, or improper use.
